And because of that, I'm guessing there is strong demand there for medium-term rentals.

I haven't seen that change in the monthly market reports yet, BUT ... what I'm feeling on the ground when looking with clients the last two weeks is that more homes are going under contract the first weekend, a few even have bidding wars again. 

Hey John,Not from BP, but I have personally done that on rentals myself and I do it for clients regularly.You just want to structure Operating Agreement the correct way depending on what you do with the guarantor.
