I'm predicting Cleveland will return to what it has historically been: cheap houses for cheap prices filled by cheap renters.That and a $1.74 will get you a cup of gas station coffee.

 @David Coatney:I read and see that Tampa/Orlando/Jacksonville are the best Florida Markets for rentals at this time.My answer to that is that since it is already in the news the train has left the station for reasonably priced rentals.
