Would generally love to connect with anyone who has experience in the rent by the room model as this is my first time using this strategy.Thanks in advance :) I would rather eat gas station sushi then invest in a rent by the room property in Cleveland Heights.

I'm predicting Cleveland will return to what it has historically been: cheap houses for cheap prices filled by cheap renters.That and a $1.74 will get you a cup of gas station coffee.

You do it every time you use the gas station on the way to work instead of finding the cheapest place in town.

 @David Coatney:I read and see that Tampa/Orlando/Jacksonville are the best Florida Markets for rentals at this time.My answer to that is that since it is already in the news the train has left the station for reasonably priced rentals.  

@Gina Cardarella I'm local, been here most of my life, except for when Uncle Sam stationed me in California (Sacramento, then Vandenberg).

The local tv station loves the crazy idea and will do a story on it.  

On opposite corners of an intersection are different gas stations, Heck I have even seen the same brand on opposite corners.

Catskill doesn't have a train station so I thought this might be a good way to bring tourists from NYC over to Catskill.  

Im in College Station which is similar enough to Lubbock that I feel comfortable giving this advice.
