That's for many reasons-- lack of building post GR due to housing issues, people migrating to America and able to occupy these areas.

I only want a fair purchase price but the unbelievable stress has taken a toll on my sleep, appetite, my life in general.

But a rule of thumb would be to just post the eviction earlier as for me 15 days late for regular tenants they get a notice and section 8 i dont let it go past 3 months now for their portion.
