I am an investor located in Michigan and in the process of developing a business plan but am struggling to figure out how to set up my LLCs with scalability in mind.

My take home pay is about 6500 a month.Its our first home btw. and we plan to live in the main unit for atleast 5 years.

With that said, my plan would be to continue getting as much overtime as I can at work, living with my parents in the few days that I'm off work, and investing in rentals in lower cost, higher cash flowing markets.

The plan is to create an LLC per investment property we purchase, held in the holding company.
