I spent a little time this morning crunching some numbers from the 2013 Palm Beach county lien sale and compared it to 2012 when they still allowed sub accounts. 2012 Average interest rate over all certificates that were purchased was 1.30% 2013 Average interest rate over all certificates that were purchased was 1.01% The average rate actually went down when sub accounts were eliminated.

One weekday in the evening, usually Wednesday 5-7PM, and one weekend day in the morning or afternoon, like Saturday 10-12 or 1-3PM.

Retired guys love to start the morning with breakfast out when they can, especially if somebody else is paying.

This morning I got ready for work a little early and had about 20 minutes to spare before heading to work so I drove around my little neighborhood and found 2 properties that were definitely vacant.One property had a (Eviction restoration notice) and broken window but looking inside I noticed there was some construction/rehabbing going on it wasn't extensive work but repair is being in order.

I stumbled across this site this morning when researching how to get into real estate and spent the rest of the day on BP reading all about the basics!

He mentioned to me that he went out this morning and had gotten 4 properties due to a mother passing and the children not wanting the properties.
