Risk is reduced, so they've reduced their cost to recognize that reduction, but unfortunately, you want them to go deeper.

If you, as a loan officer, would not loan him money because he's a bad risk, I wouldn't try to fix him.  

At the very least, this tenant is possibly on drugs and I think she's sort of a "risk" for trashing her own house before she leaves if she's unhappy about being forced out.

First time poster here.I put in an offer on a short sale property with two mortgage companies involved.  

Either they can sell the note on the secondary, the price of which is determined by a reasonable yield calculated based on risk and return, or they invested in a security, and are at the mercy of the manager.
