I know the 15 hr portion just has to be "interactive" whether online or not.

They are also a lot more tech savvy being able to interact through the app, share pictures and videos quickly, and take payments through all usual means. 

This way all the interaction with my rentals is through the LLC.  

@Chris Egan - Although I don't know the Omaha market for traveling nurses, I have interacted with many travel nurses coming to the San Francisco area since I run a furnished rental business in this area.

Maybe just find something part-time to do to get you out of the house each day and interact with others.

I have only had limited interaction with AirDNA, but overall it was not good.

  @Steve TseWe custody many of our clients at Interactive Brokers which currently is offering 4.08% just for sitting in cash (no money market or CDs). 

Its awesome for analyzing a lot of different demographic data for any particular zip code and uses interactive maps.
