It will take a few weeks to work its way through a complete life cycle, and you will need to be very diligent about denying food sources (food crumbs, pet food, etc.), but it will work and you do not need to vacate the apartment to treat. 

I'm in Franklin myself-right next to the whole foods/centennial high school and I operate in the greater Middle TN area. 

We're at war with Russia...just not with our soldiers and that will keep energy and food prices high...and anti-China sentiment is high. 

You can usually tell it's abandoned just by looking at what they left behind (junk furniture, old mattresses stripped of linens, empty closets, trash, old food but not new food, etc.).After the deadline passes, dispose of it as you see fit.

With 2 different color highlighters go through line by line and mark instances where they can get out of the sale and instances where you can get out of the sale from your own understanding.
