I financed directly through Navy Federal since they were cheaper.

Please for anyone out there who has the experience and expertise to give me an idea or direction to go with my current situation.

Is this property a good long-term hold to get you tangibly in the direction you want to go or should you sell and buy into something bigger or different? 

I have not had any success with finding any forums talking about this if you could please point me in the right direction

My first one i was in a basement type setting i thought i was going to be in a fancy hotel before i got there the guy i was in contact with misguided me the directions so i was already off to a bad start, then i told him what i wanted to get into and i said wholesaling and flipping but this event all they spoke about was a lot of the legal stuff and how to get loans and use other peoples money no money no credit never explained much else, so i didn't really find anything out of that.

You may need to direct mail owners, or go to meet ups to find wholesalers.

Also trying to understand section 179 and if this property would be included.Connecting with a professional who could get me pointed in the right direction, and perhaps reading material for non professionals would be helpful.Nick
