COVID-19 is having an impact on the entire country.

Still have my fingers crossed Canadian dollar will go up higher.

West Virginia might not be the biggest market in the country and natural appreciation isn't something we rely on, but in times like this with the wrath of COVID-19 affecting so many markets, we're happy that we're still able to move forward without the bottom falling completely out.

In our current instance, there is uncertainty about the level of economic distress that the trump flu will exhibit on the country. 

This is not the time to do tricky rehabs, do things that require permits as we don't know when city governments will open up, have inflated ARVs, questionable numbers, and have a cross your fingers and hope strategy.  

My wife and I have just about 100 tenants and so far (fingers crossed) only about 10% have called with rent paying issues.  

Near me in La Crosse, Wi there are over 100+ Duplexes in a handful of subdivisions.

Fingers crossed.

However, in your county and state (like many places across the country right now), there’s currently a moratorium on evictions.I’m sure this “professional tenant” knows that and is going to take full advantage.
