Millennials overtake baby boomers this year.

I wanted financial security, to not have to get up at the crack of dawn nor work graveyards ever again, have a career where I didn't have to change clothes when I got home, to take vacations whenever and as often as I want, not have a commute longer that ten minutes, and to have all of that while building a business for myself and not for someone else.

My other part time (really full time) gig is taking care of my new baby boy.  

She added 2 babies who are her grandkids. 

Some of this is driven by the millennial lifestyle choices and the fact that the baby boomer generation is beginning to downsize and looking to urban apartments for convenient services and easy access to amenities.All of these things suggest that the multifamily market has a good decade of demand.

If they have their own appliances, it's more stuff for them to take and hopefully they will stay.A lot of my tenants look like they never wash their clothes anyway.I will provide a stove and fridge to make the deal happen, but a lot of times they trash the fridge.
