On Top of The World (senior community) is currently 6 months behind in building homes under contract and we have a Fed Ex hub in town and Amazon about to open their warehouse with more large companies coming in to the area. 

It's a pretty old property, all studios, some updates have been and are being made to the property.

If you're fairly new to RE, I would recommend both starting by reading books that BP has (you can find on Amazon) + posting in the PA forum to find a local agent who has worked with first time investors before. 

Hey everyone-  I pre ordered my wealth without cash book through amazon April 28, but did not realize I needed to upload my receipt on the BP platform.

(Is it $500/mo studios in the ghetto, $1,500/mo nice apartment, $3,000/mo high rise, 50 year old 3 bedroom homes close in to the city, 5 bedroom new build out in the suburbs, or lake front property?) 

I do a lot of on-line shopping at houzz and Amazon.   

The basement is being converted to a 1 bed 1 bath studio to be used as a short term rental with an average stay of less than 7 days.

Miss. jobs followed a intermodal with rail that already has brought in Volvo, Amazon, Kellogs, Post cereal, Michelin tire (TBC), Milwaukee tool, Nike, McCormick spices, and six more in process. 

If I purchase in another resort I would give some thought to Storey Lake with Universal Studios EPIC park opening nearby.
