By state law we had to do a lot of asbestos testing, and I ended up getting asbestos training.I was told that some drywall as late as mid 1980s had asbestos, so we took numerous random samples, but found none.

Given how good the terms are, I'm surprised to read that they will work with someone that had a bankruptcy or foreclosure more than 3 years ago with a sufficiently compelling letter of explanation along with supporting documentation. 

I  had a different issue on a property and they put a letter of explanation I wrote in the file, but again it was a different issue. 

That could be determined by numerous factors which I haven't seen a study yet as this was reported Monday.Anyways when you try to have a property for LTR in cities with school rating higher than 7, the economic doesn't work.

He is your agent so give him a call or ask for an explanation.

So that would be the first explanation for significant mismatches between the asking price and the Rental Zestimate.

You can certainly withdraw your offer - even if they signed it and you did not.It really isn't necessary to provide your potential mid-term tenant an explanation for your actions.
