Not sure what your area of interest is or where you are working now, but think of how fast you can knock that out if you live cheap for 2-3 years and work an extra shift a month in ER or maybe a med spa....or for a 2nd doc...maybe picking up Saturday rounds for someone, or covering their clinic for after hours or Sat/Sun hours.

Longest booking we had on Airbnb was 75 days and we also had a Med student who just moved out who was there for a month while she looked for a traditional 12 month lease near the hospital.This model seems like it'd work for you being by a hospital.

I've seen traveling nurses addicted to prescription meds and they travel so they are less likely to get caught.

Typically we receive a lot of inquiries after med students find out where they match and where they're moving to.  

The absolute last thing we could ever bear is hearing that some kid was hurt because they found "candy" (prescription meds)  on the floor or God forbid - shot someone with an overlooked handgun.Stress this to staff as this is becoming more and more commonplace each and every day.

It is a hybrid med firm and I normally prefer plush, but this seems  to be a good mattress that may be good for different preferences and the price point is good

Would love see how you’re rehab budget goes walking through a property as I’m trying to set mine up (just minor repairs) before renting out to med/law students.
