If not then not as desirable to me because they tend to be weak tenants where some do not survive their primary lease term and then with TI,LC, attorneys fees, downtime lost rent and then releasing up with same rent you had before you are losing money.

I have my reasons as to why I believe the housing market is due for some down time so to speak, one being this moratorium b.s., therefore I believe a better time to buy will present itself in the near to mid-term future.Has the government in the USA ever done this?

Our only maintenance cost since then was $3500 to take down 10 huge dead Ash trees.We have had it rented ever since without any downtime & it cashflows nicely @ $1600/month & the new tenant for the last 2 years is a Veterinarian.
