got wrung up once from the state of Oregon and pad a slap your hand fine.. but they harped on the common enterprise and that we were the sole provider of the outcome and as such we needed to register our model as a security in Oregon.. of course we had no clue.. paid a small fine and went on our way.. but your right the regulators can take harsh views of common enterprise guaranteed returns etc.
