Ever since I joined the BP a couple of years ago and read many inspiring stories, I FINALLY decided to take major action and quit a solid paying career as a surgical device sales rep to focus on REI full time (I decided to go all in and apply the sink or swim method).

Did they plan to surgically fish wires from the basement below and attic above to the outlet locations?

As a landlord myself (albeit not of many properties and none of them STR) I am curious what you would all do to handle this situation if you or a loved one were in it:My sister is a traveling surgical tech on a contract in a very rural area.  

I'm from LA originally but recently moved out to Littleton, Colorado for a job in 3D-printed surgical models, guides, and implants.

1. zoning/usability Issues - healthcare commercial real-estate has a different zoning rules, may use specialized equipment (x-rays, etc)  2. smaller pool of clients  - hospitals, healthcare providers, healthcare organizations 3. build-out costs - dental offices, for instance, require significant tenant improvement - equipment, etc, similar with surgical space  4. clients are risk averse compared to other clients, leases generally longer term Any other thoughts? 

January - Surgical demo of the existing house and site work preparation takes 1 month.  

To stay on top of costs to rehab here, we are very surgical in the demo so we can't use "neck down guys".
