It is a bit broker-centric for my taste, but I am sure I'll learn something attending the courses.  

I personally prefer tasteful spaces where color and wallpaper are used (murals too), but still offer a comfortable experience first and foremost.

This is evident already in the 32,000 square-foot Lego Discovery Center built last August, the coming Build-a-Bear to the mall, and community events PREIT has organized such as Taste of Springfield, and Cherry Blossom Festivals.

People need to be able to picture their tastes, not see yours.  

You would want to wait on or expect to redo cosmetics, paint, carpet, etc.Keep in mind doing remodel work that it's like doing a flip your not doing it for your tastes but a large group of people.
