I could go on about door stop 5 minutes and replacing toilet seat less than 5 minutes….. the dead bolt if you are getting paid to be a handyman you better be able to do a deadbolt in lesss than an hour same as ceiling fan these are not ground breaking repairs.

This dead-end corporate job is just a typical hate on the W2; in reality, it's given the benefits most dream of and most cannot do without.

While I didn't like feeling I was in Time Square on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, the New York side felt completely dead. 

The banks thought I was a dead beat because of my debt to income ratio.  

We also run numbers to avoid lost money on blindly paying for an appraisal to find out its a dead deal or of no benefit.

I am totally not judging your either, for all I know you have been doing this for 20 years, however, by what you're saying, well, it's sorta a dead giveaway...
