I don't think that I'd personally trade that in for STR or multi family, the hassle of people is much more than dealing with the hassle of a warehouse business at least in my mind.but if the cash gets your overall portfolio to a place you'd prefer more then go for it, but personally the current deal sounds awesome.  

A conventional renovation loans will allow you to use preferred contractors, requirements are they must be simply licensed and insured.  

And more often than not we get preferred interest because of the amount we contribute together as a club. 

It's not a big gripe but it is a preference not to disclose it.

Learning that I prefer money invested in real estate over money sitting in the bank... don't we all?!

A lot of investors prefer realtors to do virtual tours of properties they may be interested in. 

Hello Sharad, I would suggest that you consider what you get for the price range which you are purchasing and visit a few neighborhoods to determine your preferences.

The buyers are FHA-qualified, and I mentioned the option of switching to conventional, but they prefer not to.
