Pfiezer, the largest pharmaceutical company in the US just dumped some 500 million dollars into developing its factory in that area and is projected to bring in an additional 300+ jobs to that market.

for me it was about freedom..i have worked some crappy jobs...about this time last year, i interviewed for, and was offered a 6 figure job in pharmaceutical sales...i was selling advertising at the time and hated it...i deciced at that point to try real estate full time and be free....there will always be a crappy job you can go back to and make plenty of money, but only a few opportunities like what we have right now...

I'm in pharmaceutical sales but have a desire to get into the real estate investment business.

They all put those interests ahead of their constituents' such as Wall street, Insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, various labour unions, etc and their constituents' ahead of the nation's (A bridge to nowhere, weapon the military neither need nor want, and pigs farts studies,..)

I also had a business before that which provided pharmaceutical technology to drug firms.

The Triangle has booming pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries.
