Some improvements that i would add1_3rd picture should be the first, it helps see from inside out2_ describe what people see in each picture3_ Dress the table so people can imagine having dinner or beaksfast. no need for food but help people picture themselves in each picture4_Replace the table for a bigger one5_Get profesional photos , you can also add pictures at night next to the pool6_ a Great description is key: describe what you have in the house,this is a bit poor at the moment. size of the bed, size of the TV, cable system, internet, fully kitchen, games.

@Lindsey SpiveyI agree with the majority it’s better to politely decline and you have the right approach keep it profesional but they do seem like good tenants Many have similar questions concerning snow removal some tenants offer to be responsible but it’s best to say no you need to think about liability.
