They took something that's extremely easy to design an intuitive interface for and somehow screwed it up.

Property management is an art not a science and requires someone with experience and intuition that knows how to evaluate the total picture, not just look at a credit score.

I know it's counter-intuitive that more demand causes lower returns, but it's basically an investor saying I need to park 5 billion dollars now, and I'll do it for 0.01% less than the other guy.

Hugh, Wow, That's not the response I expected.Yes I know the numbers are low, I am inexperienced at Real Estate and asking questions about things that don't make intuitive sense to me.  

But when I was an agent, learning some basic Python and VBA (Excel) really helped me save time in the process of collecting and analyzing real estate data.I've been working with technology for the last 25 years; sometimes you don't need sexy, you just need a tool that works.It's a sin that, we technologist, fall for often: searching for sexy instead of "this old thing just works" :) Agreed, though in my experience, a lot of real estate professionals are far from the most technical people, so having clean and intuitive software UI is very key... but then again the MLS exists and that to my knowledge still doesn't have a back button... lol

The software is really intuitive and easy to use.

I’ve always found these methods lacking, based in intuition or guesswork instead of any objective assessment.

My intuition served me well just two years later when the Pandemic hit, we fled LA to enjoy our 2020 summer and haven't really looked back since.
