Further and more importantly, I'd be looking at the entrenched competition more carefully.

I don't have the time to just sit down and read I'm trying to make things happen.Before they get too entrenched in their agenda does anybody want to highlight some show ideas???????!!!

May not matter for a seller entrenched for 4 years,  but having your agent just up and ask if they are stuck on full price will  pretty much always net a yes. 

Hi everyone, I have been looking at properties in Indianapolis and have been really deeply entrenched in getting to know areas from out of state- my plan is to go there soon- but work is tying me up at the moment. 

As far as fixing, you can't change someone else's mind if they are entrenched in their opinion.

However, now we are reconsidering because the tenant seems so deeply entrenched in the property.

@Avery Robertson, You've hit on a winning strategy to dislodge those entrenched sellers. 

I plan to do my own market analysis, but I know that it would be helpful to talk with people that are more entrenched in the market than I could be right away in order to find out tips that can help me attack/avoid certain areas.

Sis in law is a manager at Google and being as they run the world aren't worried too much but there is talk about subsidiaries and the not-so-entrenched are contracting big time. 

Cannot believe the mental battle and adjustment I have, and am still going through.It's amazing how our minds are entrenched in fear, anxiety, false security etc.
