Yeah we are still trying to save and sacrifice so we have capital mostly for peace of mind but also to get out of a hole if need be.

To ty Coos county and Bend together brought back memories of a trip I took in the late 90s when Bandon Dunes first opened.Friend of mine in Santa Rosa has a home at Cross Water and a hanger there at the airport and of course a nice turbine twin to put in it.We departed SR for Bandon  played golf that day spent the night at  Bandon dunes  got up early  played 18 holes at Bandon again jumped into his bird flew over to Sunriver got there by 12  teed off at cross water at about 1pm and played 18 holes there.. so may one of the few 4 somes to ever play Bandon and Cross water in Sunriver on the same day  LOL..   

I wouldn't even waste money on it. my friend has had astroblaster since it started early 23' and in the hole with no success yet.

Electric: is the easiest to split, but may require holes cut in walls to separate the units.Gas: gas lines aren't as flexible as wires, but it can usually be done affordably.Water: most cities will NOT install additional water meters on a property.

These companies selling products tend to drain agents dry at these conventions selling every do dad that is supposed to give them an edge over everybody else.

I recommend doing a deep dive in the STR rabbit hole and seeing if not just the numbers make sense, but also the time it will take up for you or your STR manager.

If you lost all your money, got dragged into a prolonged expensive lawsuit with a random group of other investors, and spent years digging the hole deeper before finally giving up, you'd be singing a different tune about syndications I'm sure! 

She did move in two cats during her tenancy (with my permission after the fact), and the house was left in fairly good condition when she moved out:Most holes were patched (though some in the basement were missed).It was moderately clean but needed extra cleaning due to cat hair in the carpets.Minor issues included:A missing doorbell.Missing shower hardware.One of the window blinds needed replacement.A truck bed full of items left in the shed that I had to haul away.Since I was in a pinch between Christmas and New Year’s, I hired professional cleaners for a quick turnaround.

I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..
