When you look at guys like T Boone Pickens who didn't make his first billion until he was in his 80's and still works a 40=60 hour work week, or Warren Buffet who really didn't become a billionaire until he was almost 70 and hasn't slowed down much, or even the "Colonal" who was 90 and working full time when he finally made his millions one can't help but think that at 70 there's still a lot of work to do.I'm just not one for sitting around doing nothing while there's still so much to do.

So while I am not overly new agey or religious, I would go with some sort of secular or non-secular blessing or symbolic ceremony just for good measure to share that not only is the crime scene long covered, it has even been remodeled in a psychic or spiritual sense... cleansed as it were.. .

Hi Charles,As Steve said, elevators and everything about them.Inspections, licensing, maintenance, breakdown repairs, cheap grease making them stink complaints, etc....Also regular garbage chute cleansing re smell, and the surrounding area upstairs and at the dumpster.Maybe talk to a local elevator service company to gain some knowledge of them, and be less likely to get blindsided.It is a machine with parts and a service life.Good Luck!

I tried to explain that their business model wouldn't work very well if they told their customers that the place is ghost free - tough to sell the follow up full cleanse on non-haunted places.

@Alicia Colon The surplus belongs to the owner of record at the time of the foreclosure (the previous owner) and any subordinate lien holders also have the ability to claim the surplus - I would not be entitled to any of it.That all being said, I paid the back-taxes, which was always the plan.
