Taking a shred of truth and spinning it to induce an assumption that is not even close to the reality.

It's called fraud by inducement.

I am not going to totally roast you, yet, as I do not think anything you've put out there would induce someone to send you the $15,000 you request for coaching.

This has been been the most thorough and thought induced response thus far. 

It a tort called "Fraud in the Inducement".That means that the wholesaler used deceit or trickery to induce the other party to sign a contract.  

BUT RARELY do they want to learn this... when rates got to 15 to 18% in the carter years.. to keep deals working I had to give my commission to the sellers and take back notes from them so they got some cash to induce them to sell .. and the sellers paid me monthly  Usually half of the payment No interest until paid..

The ski bums types (I use this affectionally as this was me) They are fairly transient and stay for a shorter time frame.

Loved EXP from day 1 and feel like a bum for not buying at $3 a stock.Didn't like the fact that Glenn has a huge stake and can do what he likes.Also, wasn't 100% convinced that the "multi-level" marketing model wouldn't eventually come down like a house of cards...Ciao

How many bums that started that business are still in it?

Personally, I hate cash for keys and I can hardly think of a reason that I would do it - BUT I am in a state where it's pretty simple to get non-paying bums gone.
