Slot machines (and casinos in general) are insanely lucrative.

Unless you love RE so much that you get a career in it.

Every time slot during the day has a purpose... even if that is just free time, social time, family time etc.

I had planned to have the paper notarized at the Chiang Mai Consulate but they only do notarizing 2 days a week and the slots filled up quickly.

Most of us are doing this because we love real estate investing and want to help others grow with no expectations of a financial return, therefore our information is more reliable.

When we reached our limit there we actually did a consolidation loan with a commercial DSCR loan where we paid off 5 Fannie Mae loans with a portfolio lender which opened up 5 more Fannie Mae slots for us.  

So, you use less slots for what you have now.

Talking to friends and family about how much I love real estate and I was looking for homes that needed love How did you finance this deal?

I love rent by the room because if you have an eviction you still are ok.
