If I'm going to sell a chiropractic practice (30+ year successful business) and carry the financing for the buyer, what would be a fair interest rate over a 5 year term?

Or are there regulations/laws that prevent this?

@Anthony Thompson most of my deals/network is in Boston however RI is looking promising in a few sectors primarily STRs in Middletown, College/summer rental combos in Ganset (regulations are tough though) and rehabs/LTRs in parts of Providence

All part of practice/learning stages...of course. 

Some units need more care, or in the OPs case, they are not following the regulations.
