Values have gone up some today so would say 1 mill gets you the smaller homes on the street for about 10,000 sq ft here in GA Cherokee county.

The things I believe are obviously breaking some kind of law including a grown man naked in the street won't get arrested.

I would never take over a random vacant apartment although that seems to be a popular scam here in FL.

You just have to jump right in and never stop learning, keep educating yourself, both book smarts and street smarts.

What I do now days is project management, contractor negotiation, and construction safety / risk evaluation.Real estate takes a lot of street smart, instead of "book smart".
