So I'm here to get out of my comfort zone…I'm a 26 year old electrical engineer based in Southern California. . . planning on closing on my first property sometime in early to mid 2021 and I've zeroed in on Birmingham or Huntsville, Alabama.

Here in the Philippines folks are terrified of crowds and leaving their homes.So I'm trying to move forward with continuing my investment strategy much of which I got from @Jason Hartman podcast Creating Wealth though I've listed to Bigger Pockets (love the success stories there).Investment StrategySingle family homes, in smaller/mid sized cities.

The main thing is make sure you run the #’s and come out to cash flow as much as you can. mid you need help with running the #’s there are plenty of books that can tell you what to include. 

The report covers all the way to April 18th so I expect this trend to continue on as this is Mid June.
