I'd imagine contacting someone regarding a property that they most likely inherited from a recently deceased loved one would be a difficult conversation for anyone, so I don't want to make it any worse by cold calling someone when it may still be in dispute.

Some specific examples:1) I have a tenant who I inherited with the unit I bought.

If you are ok with a scenario that involves you inheriting these issues, just negotiate based on that.

The challenge is that when we inherit new clients and new residents, they only need to give a 30 day notice on their decision.
