To accomplish this without having to pay the additional foreign filing fees you would just nest the properties into land trusts.Land trusts are also very functional because they will streamline your investments for estate planning, add an additional layer of anonymity/privacy when formed by a knowledgeable attorney and allow you to retain favorable financing options.This is not legal advice, just  my opinion as a real estate investor.

Hello @Greg Lindor there are many favorable opportunity zones in Miami/Broward particularly in the Little Haiti area look very attractive to me as a multifamily investment were there is already a big amount of investment going on.

im a bay area native. i actually reside in san jose. and i woud not invest in the bay area unless you come across a deal that make scene as far as a return goes. rent control, majority of the laws are in the tenants favor in California. it can literally take 6-8 month to evict a tenants  ( if they know the law). not to mention high property taxes.
