Perhaps the real estate agent is just trying to be a networker and this is how the club she is a member of instructed her how to network for other members ... who knows.You probably should not take it personally.

Figure out in detail what it would cost to purchase, manage and return a profit.

For the sake of instruction I searched for the buying process but couldn't find it so I started this thread.

If you instruct them the payment is due on the due date as stated in the contract, they will be better at paying by the due date.One word of caution, some judges look at the payment history and your lack of structure when settling disputes.

There are so many details that I didnt include on here, because when its all said and done, it's just stupid drama.End story is that we had a sit down with the girlfriend this weekend (who is also on the lease but moved out after a week!)

Before going in, just be sure to have your figures and know the market values in the area as well as having a detailed exit strategy.
