Just food for thought

This states the daily rent incurred by the resident when they remain in the unit after the lease expires and is not renewed.

-I do have a small savings (almost enough for a down but not unexpected expenses) so I continue to save until I find the deal I can't pass on-renting my current property and saving every dollar that I can towards my first property-I have a "house hack" situation that's working out well-using a HELOC for cash reserves-I am looking at and running the numbers on properties I find daily.

I enjoy my office job as it provides me some flexibility but also keeps food on the table while we get started in real estate.  

Software has full project management capabilities -- I do the scheduling for each project on it, daily logs are included, estimates, budget reports, all photos/videos. 

We are receiving absolutely no government help and we are having a hard time paying rent each month or to even keep food in the fridge.

Literal garbage everywhere, carpet I replaced in January smells like pee, dirty diapers on the floor, food everywhere, coloring on walls and doors, holes in walls, furniture everywhere.
