If you don't have time RE really isn't for you....If you wanna plop down money and have it earn for you without doing much work and is something you can do online try an ETrade account and some mutual funds.

the real problem is that i jumped a little to fast on this one, and should have shopped a little longer.

Yeah they are in it to make money and loan after loan...but I see alot of lenders closing shop too because they made bad loan decisions extending credit to borrowers who really were not ready for home ownership or being an investor.

I'm also looking for ways to maximize the web and resources available online to help run by wholesaling business as efficiently as possible.

Do you run any anti spyware utilities (adaware, spybot and even some of the online virus scanners have built in spyware detection now I believe).

Also, you might consider properties that require less intensive management, what I mean is apartments require a very intensive management in comparison to shopping centers or office property.

Another thing to consider when using Money Tree, Bank Rate, or any other online lead generation company is just that....they are a LEAD GENERATION COMPANY and are in the business of selling leads.
