Generally the guest speaker has prepared well and the meetings have apple time before and after to network and give out cards and faces to a card.I know contractor that is real estate savvy!

As far as considering it an investment property, It’s kind of like comparing apples and oranges tho, since this will be your personal home in the place you want to live (I love Walnut Creek,btw).

It's true that there are many turnkeys that don't do that but you should not buy from them -same like you do not buy a bad apple, a ****** car, or anything that does not meet your quality standards.

I don't even play one on tv.

That billion dollar Apple campus is going up on the north side.

I don't deal well with noise so another roommate playing loud tv noise would be upsetting to me. 

Again, I know there lots of bad apples out there but we are not all the same.

The SCSU campus vacancies have 0 effect in standard housing rentals. the campus rentals are basically bedrooms, no joke, so there could be 10,000 of those available and it has 0 affect on the demand for standard housing units because it's like comparing a glut of bicycles available affecting car & truck sales, comparing apples to baseballs. 

My point is with all the F&F TV shows/YouTube channels are great to watch and maybe even get some ideas from... they don't always show the real story.

My son loved it whenever one would move as he would score a new Bose system or TV that they couldn't take back to Europe & we ended up with some nice pieces of furniture they left behind.The corp paid for all maintenance & repairs in fact we were surprised to find the kitchen floor redone with all new high end appliances.
