3.Are we responsible for basic repairs now that they’re squatting and avoiding us at all costs if they decide it’s too cold this winter?

We also found out that it's harder to find tenants in the middle of winter in Buffalo!

After the holidays we can meet up for a drink or lunch and see what we can do to help each other out!

Have gained a lot from the virtual events this fall and am hopeful for post-holiday events to continue the real estate journey in 2021. 

You can renegotiate, or let it sit, I really dont know why they cant fix it now, there are days they could do the work, I know plenty of brick masons that work all winter here in WI.  

This house is in the Washington Local school district (Trilby neighborhood) and is a 3 bed 1 bath listed at $1000/month.I’m thinking the holiday season and Covid will also likely affect how soon I see interest in the house.

We were under contract at 14 days, but buyer financing fell through, now we are back on market. with the holidays coming up and barely any showings.

I may be interested in keeping it furnished as is and renting to snow birds next fall/winter. 

Finding quality tenants takes time (especially end of fall/winter).
