Since then we have removed walls, replaced about 90% of the electric, re graded the yard, installed new water line to the house, landscaped, (including moving 20' palm trees w/ shovel and pick up that were free on craigslist), insulated, etc....

If so, then what I would do is- 1) You mentioned 'wooded' lot, so depending on how much wood we are referring to, I would seek and get bids for selling the wood (I dont imgaine it would be much if anything at all cosidering .34 acres) additionally, you don't want to get rid of every tree; 2) When you split, you can certainly put restrictions in the new deed, i.e. any future structure being build most be between 1,000-1,500 sq.ft., must be single-family use... etc., etc.

I just don't go there.....Actually, I'd have to say that I have been an old Republican, not a Tea Party type, and gravitated to the center or it could have been that others moved so far right that I feel like I'm in the center...LOLI like aspects of both sides, but I'm just hearing more muck/misinformation on the elephant ride.So, that was to clear up any thought that I might be a far left socialist, I'm not.
