My girlfriend just got into graduate school and will be attending a 2 year program in Fort Lauderdale, FL in May.

Depending on what you want for experience you may contact one of the local real estate schools.

I just found a house that's in our ideal neighborhood (we'd use as a rental now and later move in when we move to the area because the schools).

I am interested in property in Southwest, Virginia, Tri-cities Tennessee, Washington, DC metro area (specifically Cheverly, Maryland but open to other areas as well), and Provo, Utah and Rexburg Idaho as I envision my kids attending school there later on. 

Are realtors schooled primarily in the law?

Keep in mind there are not many parks around here, and the one closest i can think of is not in a good area for kids (school wise) and the others are owned and managed by a realty group that sells/rents them also, so i assumed not a good place to try to start out. 

I started listening to the BP podcast 24/7, then I picked up books about real estate, then I went to real estate school, got my license, started a blog, etc.

So there are two schools of thought with regards to both LLCs and bank accounts.Some people say an LLC per property, some people say a bank account per property...What about having multiple LLCs, but one main bank account for them all?
