The experience ended up being so miserable that we vowed never again with family, and we rarely speak to them.  

Hi all BP folks, I could only speak for a GC in Los Angeles, CA setting, I'm thinking of posting a blog about contractors, rehabbing, vetting contractors, what to get from contractors before starting a job, how to manage them, and etc.

That said, there will be more inventory available in the spring and summer months generally speaking.

I was waiting until I had a good scenario/question to pose to the group before I made a post so here it goes.I've been speaking with a client of mine who wants to sell his SFH in the Spring area.

But friendship aside and speak about business. 50/50 would give some problems can't all be Chiefs some one has to be Indians at times.

My question is that this house has gone up for auction on Auction.com 3 times now (a fourth is scheduled as we speak)!!  

Again, I'm new to all this, so please speak in 3rd grade terms, and please don't hit me:)If anyone has structured a deal in similar fashion, I'd love to hear your details!

Before the day was out I was talking to this owner.As I mentioned, he's juggling too many properties and these three represent a partial pruning of his tree, so to speak.
