Does anyone else here use RedX, Landvoice, and Vulcan. What has been your experience?

I've learned a lot in the past couple weeks here (just learned what yellow letters are yesterday), and I just went to staples and bought some yellow note pads, envelopes, and red pens.

I am looking at this in a new light now, I can also see how being a REI/RED can be CREATIVE.

Is that a red flag?

I suggest envolopes from you local dollar store and stamps books from the post office, they are cheaper when you by them in booklets.and if you have the list in a spreadsheet, color coordinate them every time the call Red, Green.

I am getting better at spotting red flags.Agree that having policies and rental criteria are the best way to make the decision less personal and more facts and data driven.

I feel like I'd rather wait until I find a house before pooling funds bc it could take a couple months and I'd hate for everyone's money to be sitting there not being utilized.Thanks guys, I hate red tape and just want to get to the deals!

Fresh paint and a nice red front door goes a long way.As far as the deck/patio, it obviously depends on the property, but It should help the property sell quickly which is worth money, but wont get you much of ROI.

I am pretty sure I will wear the crushed red velvet tux and keep my mouth shut.
