As my Broker is an affiliate partner of Berkshire Hathaway, I think I can say that the level of training offered and personal attention is great.

It just takes that much longer to reach a goal when your attention is divided like that. 

I have to admit, and you are right, the free literature touting wholesaling is all over the place and usually with attention grabbing titles to article/webinars/podcasts etc.
