My goal is to get this ship off the ground and save almost all the money I make from wholesaling to invest in cash flowing rental properties, so once I do make these deals and become successful and circumstances were ever to change for whatever reason, My income isn't only fixed on my ability to "Get a deal" to go through.Anyone willing to toss me a bone on this will be valued more than you'd understand.

@Alan HaleCan’t answer number 2 but financing has nothing to do with your profit I’m it doesn’t matter what you buy whether a car, home or pack of toothpicks, your profit is what you paid for it minus your costs/expensesWhere financing does come into play is it is a cost as money is not free - but it’s only what you have paid for that financing.Hope that makes sense

Ditto Nathan.Home Warranties are horrible and a waste of time and money for the poorest quality.I have too many bad experiences with them. doesn't matter which one.
