I was wondering if anyone who has sold a multitude of mobile homes can chime in on the effective of internet ads (Craigslist, etc.) vs. print (newspapers, etc.) to find mobile home buyers.I don't want to stereotype, but my intuition tells me that mobile home dwellers aren't as "connected".

I put it on my Visa, and read the whole thing from cover to cover the day I got it in the mail.Like Josh said, it's very basic, and these days, you can get the same info for free on the internets,I'm glad I bought it, though, as it was what initially opened my eyes to creative real estate, and ultimately led me to being able to give the middle finger to my J-O-B

For me - the layouts I use really help spur ideas - kind of a one person brainstrom - I can have the same data in notepad and nothing - it takes me longer to get to the same end goal - if ever.
