This actually extends to first time renters as well...it is surprising to me how often people do not understand basic functionality of food disposers and plumbing in general; circuit breakers; GFCI outlets; 110v vs 220v outlets; ceiling fans (pulling air upwards, or pushing it down?)

I saw some gas station has large number of gallons sale bt low commission which i think commission is the main way for gas sale (we know they have food sales, other things sale which are considered as inside sales and deli sales).

During an inspection today, I observed a litter box (and evidence of its use) in the bathroom as well as cardboard cat food boxes in the recycling bin inside the unit.
