At that point, I may incentivize them to re-fi which will drive my IRR up quite a bit.I wrote a BP blog post inspired by the deal: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...I purchase seller-financed notes for a living, so perhaps I skew in that direction, but I love the creativity and long term cashflow afforded by notes.
