Work involved is alot of elbow grease, enclose carport to garage, some sheetrock work, ext. and int. paint, redo hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets refaced, and of course baths need some work.

well where my offer has been accepted, its condo complex on top floor and looks like many renters are available that pay 1250 a month avg rent....for 2 br 1 bath (all units in complex are same setup and still renting)
