Retail value of tickets were $9k each way

Where salesmen are making fifty percent commissions off of a fairly big ticket product with overrides that can in theory include 30-40 people, there is a LOT of money to potentially make on sales commissions.  

My view of financial risk is;  the longer your $$ is in flight the higher the risk. 

It's this new reality that caused a flight to these markets, with many people living full-time in what used to be vacation-only markets given remote work being embraced, and the flight from cities due to a desire to escape the conditions where COVID spreads more easily, as well as escape cities that were decidedly less fun not only due to entertainment etc. being shut down but due to increases in homelessness and general blight.If COVID disappeared tomorrow, everyone had to go back to the office, and international travel picked back up to normal, it's hard to see how these markets wouldn't get hit pretty hard. 

I went to our county court website and she has been in court THREE times for eviction, multiple times for speeding tickets, once for a disorderly conduct and another time for some sort of dispute that I can't figure out.

PM in the cash flow markets is just very tough  and top flight turn key or higher volume TK companies are forced to bring it in house to control their own destiny...

I haven't signed him only because he left on an emergency flight to see his family which is totally understandable.

(Most of the big ticket items are in good shape with the exception of the heating systems which are dated but still operational.)

It saves us writing an offer on a lemon and the clients the cost of the home inspection and potentially a flight, hotel and two days of travel. 

As a result, I was ticketed/cited to appear in court.
