I'll base this assuming you know nothing about real estate, and you can cross out anyone who has a similar skillset to you, or you are able/willing to do their work.ACQUISITION TEAM/NETWORK - Wholesellers, Realtors, local networking groups, mail/email/advertising campaigns, however it is that you get properties.CONTRACTOR - Find a good GC with solid subs. 

We are a network of 8-10 people related to real estate investing and we keep pushing each other to next level of business (Everyone is welcome to join).Yesterday I spent 2 hours and made my company profile on all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+). 

I think the best way to do this because I fear our paths might not cross is to share his contact information with you. 

I am very thankful to have came across this kind of platform that allows all investors new and old to become more knowledgeable about real estate.

It took me a while to find a place I can start to network from and I am eager to have found this platform.

The question of traditional or non-traditional investment options didn't even cross my mind (LOL).

Cross your fingers that we don't find any more issues that we didn't know about. 

I was wondering what the market is like and if someone has a map of the area that would cross-off/outline the areas where one wouldn't want to invest in?

So maybe we'll cross paths in the future!
